Finally starting to warm up.

Sure seems like a long spring.
Has brought the birds in and lots of them.
I can hardly keep the feeders from being empty.


Marathon was fun. Enjoyed watching the runners and photograping some of the activity.

Long time no see.
Unfortunately there is always so much going on that gets in the way.
Well, that's the way life seems to be.

Don't you just love living here and enjoying the April snow storms?


With the political campaign heating up it is going to be an interesting Summer and Fall.
Sure do wish the "parties that be" could find a candidate that really impressed me.
What can you do?

Jan 12

This morning I gave my wife a ride to work. That got me out before sunrise.
Since is was a cloudy morning there was no point in waiting for sunrise.
Got busy while it was still dark.
Some fun. Although it was cold.

Downtown and found the HoDo.
Kind of strange, no people.
Of Course at 7:15 AM on a Saturday it made sense and a neat photo.
Then down to Main Ave and looking at getting a good photo of the bridge.

Yup, only parts of the bridge.
I did not know they had lights that changed color.
Too bad there is so few places to really see them.

Have a great weekend and following week.
There really is so much to see and do in the FM area.
Sometimes you have to get up early (or stay up late) to see.

Aahhh Winter

Winter, a photographers dream.
Short days, cold fingers, short battery life.
White snow, brown vegetation and black dirt.
Sounds bleak........
Just look at these, there is amazing images everywhere.

And there is more.

Still more.

OK, enough for now.
Don't want overload.
You do not need to go out and freeze your fingers off.
After all, the Hot Chocolate tastes just as good if you stay home.

Been a while

OK, I'm not the best blogger. Just so busy didn't have much to say. But here is a little of my work since last post.
