Where did June go???

Wow.  We have had a busy few weeks!  Starting the last week in May through the 4th of July weekend we did all of this....

Those are a LOT of MAJOR events for such a short time.  (Along with other smaller things like The Arthurs playing gigs and work parties etc).

So, we basically haven't had a weekend "off" for quite some time.  How do summers fill up so quickly?  I have a ton of pictures, and I just need to make time to post a few.

Maybe tomorrow.....  ;)

Baptism

Evan and "BIG cousin Noah" were baptized on Sunday together along with 2 other little ones.  After church everyone went to Evan's house for great food/socializing.  The two stars of the show slept through the whole party!  (To be honest, that was kind of nice because it allowed the parents to actually have time to visit with family, etc.)  That also means that there aren't really any pictures to show for the day!  Not one picture of Evan and Noah together!

Noah will celebrate his first birthday on Sunday, and we promise to take/and then post some pictures of that.  Forecast looks warm and sunny, so hopefully it will be a great time!

Walk this way

Look out world, I am totally mobile!  (Can you see the mischief in my eyes?) After cruising around with one hand steadying myself on a couch, chair, dog, whatever the nearest object might have been... I decided to move on to walking! (Started a couple weeks ago, so I am getting pretty good at it now) I keep hearing Mom and Dad say things like "oh man, we are in trouble now"... don't really know what that means...  Oh well.  I am having so much fun! Except when they put me on the grass outside.  It feels SO WEIRD on my hands.  So, I try to avoid touching that stuff.  I have figured out a really cool way to "walk" on my knees. Totally solves the problem. Oh, I also heard Mom and Dad say that they will try to post a video of me walking as soon as they can figure out how the heck to do it.  Then you can see me do my "zombie baby" walk, it's pretty hilarious.
