Meanwhile Duluth gas prices had fallen to as low as $3.79 per gallon for unleaded regular at several stations on Friday, down 20 cents in just five days!  Thats' still higher than the statewide average which sat at $3.76 on Friday, according to minnesotagasprices.com.]]>
