Just have to share some photos of cute little A. today. She is celebrating her first birthday this week, and brought in a cake to enjoy at her session. Although she didn't exactly taste much, she had fun with it.

Round 2
Alrighty, in honor of the new site- it's time for another contest!
It was on my old site too, but I just couldn't bear to get rid of it because everytime I hear it I can't help but smile... The third song that plays on my site (high-speed version only) is a rendition of a popular tune, sung by my oldest 2 daughters when they were 4 and 2. What is the name of that song?

Boy, that was quick! Congrats to Melissa, who was the first to post with the correct answer. It was very close though, Karlye just missed it by a few seconds! They were both correct- Blessings Photography began in 2003. (That means I will celebrate my 5 year anniversary in just a couple months!) Melissa, I will get that Starbucks card out in the mail to you soon. : )
Which brings me to a sneak peek from a session this weekend- I've been photographing the W. family for over 3 years now, and it's always exciting to see them. They are a fun bunch!

Up and running
The new Blessings Photography website is now live! I am excited about the change, I think it reflects my personality as well as my photography style very well.

Happy Monday!
Don't you just love Mondays? Ok, I know most people don't. But I do!
This week I'm bouncing back and forth between sessions and attending the local PPA (Professional Photographers of America) convention here in Fargo. My head is spinning from taking in so much information and seeing so many cool things there!
And some exciting news- the new Blessings Photography website debuts tomorrow! And I must say, it is filled with pictures of the most adorable babies and kids in town. : ) To go along with the site launch, there will be a new contest posted here on the blog each day. So check back for that tomorrow.

I'm always up for a challenge!
Six kids, age 7 and under? No problem! Really though, they were great and even made the job easy. Their cuteness helps a lot too. : )
And then I had a chance to get some photos of the one year old by herself. Such a sweetie!

Where have I been, you ask?
Oh, just horsing around...
No really, I've just been busy! We had a weekend away at my in-laws, where Buddy posed for the above pictures. Can't you just hear him saying, "Cheeeeese!" in that first one? Over the weekend I got a huge chunk of the work on my new website done, so that should be debuting within the next week. Yay, so excited about that!

Silly kid
